Job Description

Joy Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and communication-friendly Live Chat Support Representative to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing online support to platform users via live chat and video call interactions, and ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.

Paid training will be provided to selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in video calling and online chat interaction with platform users
Communicate with app users and respond to messages promptly
Maintain regular communication and interaction with users
Ensure a smooth and positive user experience on the platform
Follow company guidelines and assigned tasks

Job Specification

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic typing skills
Hindi communication ability is mandatory
Basic knowledge of smartphones and social media applications
Good verbal and written communication skills
Responsible, self-motivated, and positive work attitude
