We are seeking energetic, customer-oriented, and football-passionate individuals to join our team as Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, assisting customers in selecting the right football products, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. A strong understanding of football clubs, players, jerseys, boots, and accessories is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide excellent in-store customer service.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable football products and accessories.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store remains clean and organized.
Handle billing, cash/QR/card transactions, and basic POS operations.
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and product arrangement.
Stay updated on football clubs, leagues, players, jerseys, boots, and other merchandise to provide accurate product recommendations.
Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
Support overall store operations and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Specification
Minimum +2 (Intermediate) or equivalent qualification.
Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Sound knowledge of football is mandatory.
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service will be an added advantage.
