Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for paper and related raw materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts to achieve the best possible pricing.
- Conduct comparative costing analysis and prepare cost comparison reports.
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet production requirements.
- Evaluate supplier quotations and recommend the most cost-effective options.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and finance teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor documentation.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or Senior Purchase Executive in the paper industry.
- Strong negotiation and rate bargaining skills.
