Key Responsibilities
On-Page SEO
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Optimize website content, meta tags (title, description), headers, and URLs
- Ensure proper internal linking structure
- Improve website loading speed and mobile responsiveness
- Implement schema markup and technical SEO best practices
Off-Page SEO
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and partnerships
- Manage directory submissions and social bookmarking
- Monitor competitors’ backlink profiles
Technical SEO
- Perform regular website audits to identify issues
- Fix crawl errors, broken links, and indexing issues
- Work with developers to implement technical improvements
- Optimize XML sitemaps and robots.txt
Content Strategy
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content
- Suggest blog topics based on keyword opportunities
- Optimize existing content for better ranking
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console
- Track keyword rankings and SEO KPIs
- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports
- Analyze data to improve strategy
