Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle travel and ticketing inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Manage flight ticketing and reservations using GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
  • Provide clients with suitable travel, ticketing, and reservation options based on their needs and preferences.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Answer and direct phone calls courteously and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars to support smooth office operations.
  • Sort, organize, and distribute mails, documents, and correspondence promptly.
  • Coordinate daily administrative activities and maintain organized office records.
  • Supervise and support junior administrative staff to enhance team productivity and professional growth.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years + of experience in ticketing, reservations, or the travel and tourism industry.
  • Candidates must be 23 years of age or above.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Email, and Internet usage.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional attitude with high integrity and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
