Job Description
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage end-to-end corporate gifting projects, from requirement understanding to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and corporate agreements tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with both clients and vendors to maximize profitability.
  • Oversee order processing and ensure smooth execution from confirmation to dispatch.
  • Proactively resolve client and vendor issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and update corporate client databases and vendor records for efficient operations.
  • Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, logistics) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in corporate sales or vendor management (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in the gift, retail, or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
