Job Description

We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join our watch retail team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable watch products.
  • Provide detailed product information and demonstrate product features.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
  • Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement of products.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock monitoring.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Support promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns.
Job Specification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales (experience in watches, accessories, fashion, or luxury retail preferred).
