Job Description
EJS Europe is seeking a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Officer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The role focuses on lead generation, social media management, and website-related marketing activities. The ideal candidate should also have a basic understanding of websites and UI/UX to effectively collaborate with the IT team and support the company’s growing digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Generate and manage online leads, particularly for recruitment campaigns.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content and advertisements.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better results.
- Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and insights.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve website performance and landing pages.
- Suggest UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Support SEO initiatives and assist with website content updates.
Job Specification
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
- Candidates with prior experience in digital marketing and related IT roles will be given preference.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of websites, UI/UX, and landing page structure.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and reporting.
- Experience using tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.
