At Coding for Kids Pvt. Ltd.(Coding & Tuition Institute) , we are committed to delivering high-quality international-standard education to students across different grade levels and who are residing out of Nepal. We are currently seeking passionate, skilled, and dedicated online tutors for Mathematics, Science, Coding, English, Nepali who can effectively teach students in international curriculum fully in Spoken English. This opportunity is ideal for educators who possess excellent communication skills in English, strong conceptual knowledge and the ability to create an engaging online learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop structured and goal-oriented lesson plans appropriate to each student’s grade level and learning capacity.
Conduct engaging online classes of Mathematics, Science, Coding, English, Nepali for Grade 1–10 students.
Teach concepts clearly using practical examples and interactive teaching methods.
Create short-term and long-term learning plans to improve student performance.
Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes and interactive exercises.
Identify students’ strengths and weaknesses and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support continuous improvement.
Ensure students fully understand concepts by patiently addressing questions and revisiting difficult topics when necessary.
Encourage active student participation and maintain a positive online classroom environment.
Utilize digital teaching tools, presentations and online platforms effectively during classes.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality and consistency in scheduled sessions.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in a relevant field.
Prior teaching/tutoring experience is preferred.
Experience teaching international curriculum students will be an added advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong conceptual knowledge in respective subject.
Excellent communication and online teaching skills.
Ability to handle students with different learning capacities.
Patience, adaptability, and a student-centered teaching approach.
Ability to provide constructive academic feedback.
Technical Requirements
Teaching device like laptop/tablet. (We shall provide teaching tablet in need after onboarding).
Stable internet connection
Quiet teaching environment suitable for online classes
Mandatory Submission Requirements
A 10-minute demo teaching video in English of any topic of the subjects which candidate is applying.
