Job Description

Position Overview:
BrandAd Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager who has a deep understanding of building, scaling, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns in real-world environments. The ideal candidate will lead digital marketing strategies for multiple brands, manage high-performing campaigns, oversee marketing budgets, and guide a team to achieve measurable growth and strong return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Align digital marketing initiatives with clients’ business objectives and growth targets.

Campaign Planning & Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage multiple digital marketing campaigns across social media and search platforms.

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, meeting performance targets and timelines.

Budget Management

  • Manage and allocate campaign budgets efficiently to ensure optimal ad performance.

  • Monitor spending and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Team Coordination

  • Supervise digital marketing officers, designers, video editors, and copywriters.

  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely production of high-quality marketing assets.

Campaign Optimization

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize paid advertising strategies.

  • Improve campaign performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics using analytics tools.

  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present strategic insights to management and clients.

Market & Competitor Research

  • Conduct audience research, market trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

  • Identify new digital opportunities to expand brand reach and engagement.

Brand Management

  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all digital marketing channels and platforms.

Mentorship & Leadership

  • Mentor junior digital marketing team members and support their professional development.

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and learning-oriented work culture.

Job Specification

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

  • Additional certifications in digital marketing platforms will be an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.

  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency will be highly preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing funnels, campaign optimization, and performance tracking tools.

  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
