Job Description
- Provide one-on-one counseling FOR UK study.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses, universities, or career paths based on their interests, skills, and qualifications.
- Assist with admission procedures, documentation, and visa processes (if in an education consultancy).
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
- Conduct orientation programs, workshops, or information sessions for students and parents.
- Stay updated on international and local education systems, courses, and admission requirements.
- Handle client inquiries in person, via phone, email, or social media in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to achieve institutional targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical counseling practices.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports of counseling activities and outcomes.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in management.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in counseling, student advising, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management.
- Empathetic, patient, and able to handle sensitive information
