Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales & Marketing professional to lead market expansion, brand positioning, and revenue growth for our import and distribution business. The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales expertise, strategic marketing capabilities, and a deep understanding of international trade and local market dynamics. This role requires someone who can build distribution networks, generate high-value leads, execute data-driven marketing campaigns, and drive sustainable business growth from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and expand B2B sales channels including distributors, wholesalers, dealers, retailers, and corporate clients.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, credit facilities, and long-term supply agreements.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and market demand projections to ensure healthy inventory movement.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and customer trends to strengthen market positioning.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Create and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility and product demand.
  • Adapt international product branding and messaging to align with local consumer preferences.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and B2B platforms.
  • Manage trade show participation, promotional campaigns, and partnership activations.
  • Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and designers for impactful branding and engagement.
  • Develop lead-generation funnels and remarketing campaigns using email, WhatsApp, SMS, and CRM tools.

Operational & Strategic Coordination

  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to align sales plans with shipment schedules and stock availability.
  • Understand import lead times, freight costs, duties, and supply chain dynamics affecting pricing and sales strategies.
  • Use CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales performance, and pipeline progress.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to improve ROI, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure strong financial discipline by monitoring margins, payment cycles, and receivables.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration (BBA/MBA), Marketing, International Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in import/export, wholesale distribution, FMCG, electronics, construction materials, industrial goods, or related sectors.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, channel distribution, and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, import costs, margins, and trade operations.
  • Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and performance marketing.
