Eligibility Criteria:
At least Master’s Degree in Business, Management or Economics from a recognized University
Minimum 7 Years experience in Research, Innovation and Development in the relevant field within banking, financial services, consulting, research, strategy, innovation, etc.
Experience in Banking sector will be an added advantage
Other Specification:
Strong understanding of Nepal’s banking and financial sector, economic trends and regulatory environment.
Experience in Financial sector’s strategic planning, product development, digital transformation and research will be preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent analytical, report-writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and research tools and applications
