We are seeking a professional who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining strong customer relationships while efficiently handling MIS reporting responsibilities.

Posiiton: MIS Officer
Duty Stations: Kathmandu
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Customer coordination, follow-up, and relationship management.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Coordination with internal departments for operational support.
Handling customer queries and ensuring timely response and resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Sound knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
Prior experience in MIS reporting and customer relationship handling will be an added advantage.
