360 Education is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Telemarketing Officer to engage with prospective students and clients, generate leads, promote educational services, and support student enrollment activities. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and clients.
- Promote educational programs, study-abroad services, and other offerings of 360 Education.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Schedule appointments and counseling sessions for the admissions/counseling team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-up activities in the CRM/database.
- Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the marketing and counseling teams to ensure effective lead management.
