Job Description
360 Education is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Telemarketing Officer to engage with prospective students and clients, generate leads, promote educational services, and support student enrollment activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and clients.
- Promote educational programs, study-abroad services, and other offerings of 360 Education.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Schedule appointments and counseling sessions for the admissions/counseling team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-up activities in the CRM/database.
- Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the marketing and counseling teams to ensure effective lead management.
Job Specification
- Minimum +2/Intermediate completed; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, call center, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Good command of Nepali and English languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned targets.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethics.
