Customer & Plumber Relations Officer

Rijalco Group is seeking a friendly, proactive, and relationship-oriented Customer & Plumber Relations Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with plumbers, contractors, customers, dealers, and retailers. The role will focus on plumber engagement, customer support, field networking, product awareness, and strengthening Rijalco's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with plumbers, contractors, customers, dealers, and retailers.
• Develop and maintain an active network of plumbers and plumbing professionals within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits to plumbing shops, construction sites, dealers, and customer locations.
• Introduce plumbers and customers to Rijalco's CPVC, PVC, HDPE pipes, fittings, and related products.
• Explain product features, applications, installation requirements, and benefits to customers and plumbers.
• Organize plumber engagement programs, product demonstrations, meetings, and awareness activities.
• Collect feedback from plumbers, customers, dealers, and market stakeholders.
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution of issues.
• Identify potential sales leads through plumber and customer networks.
• Support the sales and marketing team in generating referrals and business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor products and gather relevant market information.
• Maintain an updated database of plumbers, customers, dealers, and other business contacts.
• Prepare regular field visit, customer feedback, and relationship management reports.

• Minimum +2 or bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in customer relations, field marketing, sales, plumbing products, hardware, construction materials, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with plumbers, contractors, dealers, and customers.
• Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
• Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
