Key Responsibilities
● Process customer bills accurately through the e-billing/POS system.
● Scan products and verify product prices, quantities, discounts, and offers.
● Handle cash, digital payments, and other approved payment methods.
● Issue bills/receipts to customers and maintain proper transaction records.
● Assist customers with billing-related queries and concerns.
● Coordinate with the Store Incharge regarding billing, pricing, and system issues.
● Ensure the billing counter and surrounding area remain clean and organized.
● Report billing discrepancies, system errors, or payment issues immediately.
● Support product packing and customer assistance during checkout when required.
● Perform other duties assigned by the Store Incharge or management
