Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Markeing Executive who is passionate about technology, enterprise sales, and building long-term client relationships. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business and technology by identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and delivering tailored IT, SaaS, and AI-driven solutions to clients across local and global markets. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to develop customized solutions that address client needs while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting initiatives.
- Create and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to effectively target suitable industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by engaging and nurturing prospective clients.
- Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable AI, SaaS, and technology solutions that address their business challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, global customers, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Gather client requirements and collaborate with engineering and product teams to prepare customized solutions, technical proposals, and presentations.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, RFP/RFQ responses, commercial documents, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through successful deal closure.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, AI trends, SaaS solutions, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Business & Marketing field is preferred. Candidates from other academic backgrounds with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, Enterprise Sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience working with global clients or international markets will be an advantage.
Required Skills
- Understanding of AI/ML solutions, SaaS products, APIs, enterprise software, cloud technologies, or other technology-driven solutions.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and sales pipeline management.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients.
- Excellent proposal writing, business documentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative selling abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of enterprise software sales and B2B sales processes.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, automation solutions, cloud platforms, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience responding to RFPs, RFQs, and enterprise procurement processes.
- Understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies.
