Role Description The Videographer and Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Budanilkantha, Nepal. This role involves planning, shooting, and editing video content that showcases properties, projects, client stories, and brand campaigns. The Videographer and Editor will handle camera setup, lighting, and audio, ensuring high-quality visuals aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include capturing on-location footage, organizing and backing up media, editing videos for multiple platforms, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop compelling visual narratives. The role also includes maintaining equipment, staying up to date with visual trends, and adapting content for social media and other digital channels.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in video production, including planning shoots, capturing footage, and post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in camera operation and handling camera equipment for various shooting environments.
- Knowledge of lighting techniques and best practices for shooting video in both indoor and outdoor settings.
- Hands-on experience with shooting video on-site, including framing, composition, and basic audio capture.
- Comfort working with video editing software (e.g., Capcut Pro, or Tiktok Studio).
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate project requirements into engaging visual content.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in real estate, architecture, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related discipline is beneficial.
