Hotel Palm International is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to join our team.
Job Location: Maharajgunj, Kathmandu
Hotel Location: Butwal, Lumbini Province
Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and develop strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Identify and approach new clients, organizations, travel agencies, and other potential business partners.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the hotel team in Butwal to ensure smooth handling of corporate bookings and client requirements.
- Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and business development activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel sales or corporate sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of the Kathmandu market and business network.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to work independently and generate new business opportunities
