Job OverviewWe are looking for a confident, motivated, and professional Female Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, along with strong interpersonal and business development abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Generate leads through networking, research, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and reports.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service.
- Maintain regular records of leads, clients, and business activities.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English with excellent speaking and writing skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
