Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position with responsibility for sales and business development across designated regions of Nepal, including Eastern, Central, and Western regions.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for territory coverage, client prospecting, business development, order collection, and relationship management. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting appropriate pre-engineered building solutions.
Key responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads and orders, and negotiating commercial terms in coordination with the internal team. The Sales Executive will work closely with the Engineering, Project, and Finance teams to ensure accurate project scoping, smooth order processing, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
The role will also involve monitoring market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer requirements, and regional opportunities to generate competitive intelligence and support Hulas Infra’s business growth strategy. The Sales Executive will be expected to maintain strong client relationships, achieve assigned sales targets, and provide regular updates on market and territory performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned sales territory and ensure effective market coverage.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and follow up consistently to convert opportunities into orders.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable pre-engineered building solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Collect and coordinate customer orders and ensure proper handover to relevant internal teams.
- Conduct site visits and client presentations as required.
- Negotiate with clients in coordination with relevant internal teams.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Project, and Finance teams for accurate project scoping, pricing, order processing, and delivery.
- Monitor sales pipeline, regional performance, and achievement against targets.
- Gather competitive intelligence on competitors, pricing, products, projects, and market developments.
- Monitor regional market trends and emerging customer needs and communicate insights to management.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales cycle and support post-sales relationship management.
- Prepare periodic sales and market reports as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven skills in sales, business development, lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation.
- Relevant sales experience in construction, infrastructure, pre-engineered buildings, steel structures, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand basic technical aspects of pre-engineered buildings and communicate technical solutions clearly to clients.
- Strong client prospecting, territory management, order collection, and sales follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or sales-tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Nepali.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region of Nepal.
- Strong market awareness and ability to gather and interpret competitive intelligence.
