Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacy Assistant role located in Heṭaudā. The Pharmacy Assistant will support daily pharmacy operations, including assisting with prescription processing under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, answering phone inquiries, maintaining proper phone etiquette, and handling cash or electronic payments as needed. The role involves organizing and managing inventory, stocking shelves, checking expiry dates, and ensuring a clean and orderly workspace. The Pharmacy Assistant will also help prepare medication packages, verify basic information, and provide clear, respectful communication to customers regarding services and general queries.
Qualifications
diploma in Pharmacy with valid NPC license

  • Pharmacy-related skills, including basic knowledge of medications and prescription handling under pharmacist supervision
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with diverse individuals
  • Good Phone Etiquette skills for handling inquiries, taking messages, and providing accurate information
  • Inventory Management skills, including organizing stock, monitoring levels, and checking expiry dates
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow safety and confidentiality protocols
  • Basic math and computer skills for billing, record keeping, and using pharmacy systems
