Job Description
Enlighten Travel and Tours Pvt. Ltd. Is looking for Tour Package Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage domestic and international tour packages.
- Research destinations, travel trends, and customer preferences to create attractive travel products.
- Negotiate rates and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Prepare tour itineraries, package pricing, quotations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth tour operations.
- Monitor tour quality, customer satisfaction, and resolve travel-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote tour packages and increase bookings.
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa requirements, and company policies.
- Analyze package performance and recommend improvements to maximize profitability.
- Prepare reports on sales, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Train and guide staff on tour products, destinations, and travel procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tour package development or travel operations.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, visa processes, and travel regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel reservation systems is an advantage.
