About the Role
PineLogic.ca is looking for a creative, self-motivated individual to manage our social media presence, create engaging content and reaching out potential customers via social media platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career who wants hands-on experience across content creation, design, and digital marketing.
What You'll Do
- Create and edit short videos and graphics for social media
- Design simple visuals (posts, stories, banners) using tools like Canva or Adobe
- Update and manage content on our website (CMS)
- Plan and schedule posts across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Track post performance and suggest improvements
- Stay current with social media trends and marketing best practices
- Reach out to potential customers on social media to introduce and pitch our products/services
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Some familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) — training provided
- Understanding of social media marketing fundamentals
- Comfortable messaging contacts online and starting conversations professionally
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Currently in final year of studies or recently graduated
- A portfolio or samples of past work (personal projects welcome)
- Experience running a personal or club/organization social media account
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics
- Real-world, hands-on experience across content, design, and marketing
- Mentorship and room to grow into a larger role
