Role Description The Training Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu, responsible for overseeing staff training programs across the supermarket. This role involves assessing training needs, designing and delivering training sessions for new and existing team members, and ensuring consistent implementation of service and operational standards. The Training Supervisor monitors performance during and after training, provides coaching and feedback, and coordinates with department heads to align training content with business goals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining training records, scheduling sessions, updating training materials, and supporting supervisors and front line staff to enhance customer experience and store efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to guide, motivate, and support diverse teams.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for delivering training, providing feedback, and coordinating with management and staff.
- Candidates should possess Training & Development and Training skills, including designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to model and reinforce high standards of shopper experience.
- Relevant experience in retail or supermarket operations is beneficial.
- Ability to organize multiple training activities, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and adapting training to operational needs.
- A diploma or degree in business, management, education, or a related field is an advantage.
- Must have valid driving license with two wheeler.
