Education Counselor (UK | Australia | New Zealand | Japan | South Korea | Europe)
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective students regarding study abroad opportunities.
* Assess students’ academic background, career goals, and eligibility.
* Recommend suitable universities, colleges, and study programs.
* Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa procedures.
* Guide students throughout the admission and visa process.
* Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students.
* Build strong relationships with students and parents.
* Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets.
* Coordinate closely with the documentation team for successful application processing.
* Participate in educational fairs, seminars, school visits, and promotional events.
* Stay updated with immigration policies, university updates, and market trends.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of counseling experience in an overseas education consultancy.
* Excellent knowledge of at least one destination:
* United Kingdom
* Australia
* New Zealand
* Japan
* South Korea
* Europe
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent sales and counseling abilities.
* Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluency in English and Nepali.
Preferred:
* Existing knowledge of university application portals.
* Strong student conversion record.
* Experience attending education fairs and recruitment events.
