Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for an experience Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of IT & Banking Technology Projects. The ideal candidate will manage projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of IT and banking technology projects.
Support digital transformation, system integration, infrastructure, and software implementation initiatives.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Responsible for leading, facilitating and optimizing the Sprint Planning process.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within approved scope and budget.
Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and stakeholders both internal and external.
Support SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) activities including development, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
Coordinate SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), regression testing, and production rollout activities.
Coordinate implementation and integration of banking applications, APIs, middleware, and enterprise systems.
Plan and manage project budget and resource allocation.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
Identify and track project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Support deployment planning, go-live coordination, and post-deployment stabilization activities.

Essential Banking & IT Domain Knowledge

Retail Banking & Digital Banking operations.
Payment systems and transaction processing.
AML and KYC concepts.
Core Banking systems an enterprise applications.
System integration and API concepts.
SDLC methodologies.
Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Basic understanding of Cloud, DevOps, and Cybersecurity Concepts.

Qualifications & Experience

Academic Qualifications

Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any relevant field.
Masterâ€™s Degree or MBA will be an added advantage.

Professional Experience

Minimum of 4- years of experience in Project Management within IT, Software delivery, or banking technology environments.
Experience Managing software implementations, system integration, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Priority for experience in managing Project in Bank and Financial Institution.
