Job Description
Position OverviewWe are looking for an experience Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of IT & Banking Technology Projects. The ideal candidate will manage projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and technology partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT and banking technology projects.
- Support digital transformation, system integration, infrastructure, and software implementation initiatives.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Responsible for leading, facilitating and optimizing the Sprint Planning process.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within approved scope and budget.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and stakeholders both internal and external.
- Support SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) activities including development, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Coordinate SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), regression testing, and production rollout activities.
- Coordinate implementation and integration of banking applications, APIs, middleware, and enterprise systems.
- Plan and manage project budget and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
- Identify and track project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support deployment planning, go-live coordination, and post-deployment stabilization activities.
- Retail Banking & Digital Banking operations.
- Payment systems and transaction processing.
- AML and KYC concepts.
- Core Banking systems an enterprise applications.
- System integration and API concepts.
- SDLC methodologies.
- Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Basic understanding of Cloud, DevOps, and Cybersecurity Concepts.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any relevant field.
- Master’s Degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4- years of experience in Project Management within IT, Software delivery, or banking technology environments.
- Experience Managing software implementations, system integration, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Priority for experience in managing Project in Bank and Financial Institution.
