Team members benefit from working with international brands while contributing to impactful, growth-oriented projects.Role Description The Educational Outreach Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Pokhara. This position is responsible for planning and executing outreach initiatives that promote Brand Builder’s services and educational programs to local communities, institutions, and potential partners. Day-to-day tasks include organizing workshops and training sessions, delivering presentations, coordinating with schools and community organizations, and maintaining ongoing relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves responding to inquiries, gathering feedback from participants, supporting participants through customer service, and preparing reports on outreach effectiveness and educational impact. The coordinator will collaborate with internal teams to align outreach activities with overall brand and program goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess Community Outreach and Customer Service skills to build relationships, engage diverse groups, and respond effectively to participant needs.
- Candidates should possess Research skills to identify outreach opportunities, understand community needs, and evaluate program outcomes.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to design, deliver, and facilitate educational sessions, workshops, and orientations.
- Relevant experience in education, community development, or nonprofit/NGO work is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and communication software tools.
- A diploma or degree in Education, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
