Role Description The Food and Beverage Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Damauli, Tanahun. This role involves supporting daily food and beverage operations, including assisting with food preparation, setting up dining areas, and ensuring timely and accurate food service. The Food and Beverage Assistant greets guests, takes orders, serves food and drinks, and responds to guest requests in a courteous and efficient manner. The role also includes maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, restocking supplies, coordinating with kitchen staff, and following safety and quality procedures. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to create a positive dining experience and uphold the company’s hospitality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage operations, with an understanding of basic hygiene and safety standards.
  • Experience in Food Service, including order taking, serving, and handling guest requests efficiently.
  • Proven Customer Service skills, with a friendly, professional, and guest-focused approach.
  • Effective Communication skills for coordinating with kitchen and service teams and interacting with guests.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is an advantage.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active tasks as required by food and beverage service.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
  • Basic education level completed; vocational training in hospitality or food service is a plus.
