Job Description
We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging short-form videos, promotional content, social media creatives, and motion graphics for multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Edit Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Transform raw footage into engaging and high-quality short-form content.
Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and visual effects.
Produce Meta Ads, promotional videos, product videos, and brand campaigns.
Add captions, sound effects, background music, and effective calls-to-action.
Create social media graphics as required.
Optimize video content for different social media platforms and formats.
Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and marketing strategists.
Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, social media formats, and creative techniques.
Job Specification
Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience working with multiple brands or agency clients will be an advantage.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong knowledge of Motion Graphics and Video Editing.
Good understanding of Kinetic Typography.
Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
Knowledge of Color Correction and Audio Editing.
Strong understanding of social media content formats and audience retention.
Excellent eye for pacing, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.

DaVinci Resolve

Cinema 4D
AI Video Tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Kling, etc.
Compensation
NPR 35,000 – 45,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
