Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive who can generate leads and reach out to companies that may need pouch packing, rewinding, or conveyor belt machines. This role is primarily tele-calling and outbound outreach, with the goal of identifying potential buyers, explaining our machine offerings, and setting up meetings or site visits for further discussion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and build a list of potential companies (manufacturers, packaging units, food processing companies, etc.) that could need pouch packing, rewinding, or conveyor belt machines
Make outbound calls to introduce Crescent Enterprises and its machine offerings
Explain machine specifications, use cases, and pricing at a basic level to prospective clients
Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, and timeline
Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or site visits for the sales team/management
Maintain a record of calls made, leads generated, and follow-up status
Follow up with warm leads until they convert or are marked closed
Share regular updates on lead generation progress with management
Job Specification
Minimum +2 or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
0–2 years of experience in tele-calling, sales, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Comfortable making outbound calls daily and speaking with company representatives
Good spoken Nepali and basic English communication
Confident, persistent, and comfortable handling rejection over calls
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
Own smartphone/laptop preferred, given the current office setup
Good to Have
Prior experience in B2B sales or industrial/machinery sales
Familiarity with packaging or manufacturing industry terms
