Job Description
Classic Tech is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist for all over Nepal's branch who will be responsible for managing the reception area and ensuring a positive experience for customers and visitors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries, administrative tasks, and front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and customers in a courteous and professional manner and direct them to the appropriate department.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and packages.
Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and emails, and forward them to the relevant personnel.
Assist customers with billing inquiries and maintain proper records of transactions.
Handle cash collection and maintain accurate daily records when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Maintain customer records and support administrative tasks when necessary.
Job Specification
Minimum +2 or bachelor’s degree (running or completed) in any discipline.
Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and office software.
Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve queries effectively.
Presentable personality with a positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
