Position: Area Sales Manager- Mechi
Region: Mechi Region
Headquarter: Birtamode
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the dealer network.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure effective implementation of sales and promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or as a Senior Sales Officer, preferably in the cement, construction materials, FMCG, or related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Good knowledge of the local market and dealer network within the Mechi Region.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
