Wellness Staff (Taudaha)

We are looking for a professional, skilled, and client-focused SPA Therapist to provide high-quality spa and wellness services to guests at Vedic Life Yoga Resort and Retreat. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of spa treatments, customer service, hygiene, and wellness practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa treatments, massages, and wellness services according to guest requirements.
• Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, hygiene, and guest comfort.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment and supplies are clean and ready for use.
• Follow proper procedures for massage, spa, and wellness treatments.
• Explain treatments and aftercare recommendations to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Monitor guest comfort during treatments and respond appropriately to their needs.
• Maintain records of treatments and guest preferences where required.
• Inform the concerned person about stock requirements for oils, products, towels, and other supplies.
• Promote additional spa and wellness services when appropriate.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and coordinate with management when necessary.

• Diploma / Certification in SPA & Wellness or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Practical knowledge of massage and spa treatment techniques.
• Good understanding of hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and presentable personality.
• Ability to maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Physically fit and capable of performing spa treatments.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference will be given to female candidates with a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Experience in a hotel, resort, spa, wellness center, or retreat.
• Knowledge of different massage and wellness techniques.
• Additional certification in specialized spa treatments will be an advantage.
