Job Description
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Accountant Cum Front Office Associate to manage basic accounting activities while supporting front-office operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling financial records, guest communication, billing, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records, financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Assist in preparing daily sales and revenue reports.
Handle cash, billing, payment collection, and basic reconciliation.
Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable.
Assist with bank deposits, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
Enter and maintain financial data using accounting software or spreadsheets.
Welcome guests and provide professional front-office assistance.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures as required.
Manage reservations, bookings, guest inquiries, and basic front-office documentation.
Respond to guest calls, emails, and other inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments regarding guest requirements.
Maintain accurate guest and financial records.
Prepare reports and documents as assigned by management.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial and guest information.
Job Specification
Intermediat (+2 ) or / Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial record keeping.
Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good numerical and analytical abilities.
Professional and presentable personality.
Ability to handle both accounting and front-office responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to female candidates with a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality organization.
Experience with accounting software.
Experience in front-office operations, billing, reservations, or guest handling.
Knowledge of hotel accounting procedures will be an advantage.
