Society Trade Link is looking for a responsible, organized, and customer-focused Accountant & Sales Assistant who can effectively handle both accounting and sales-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records while also supporting day-to-day sales activities, customer communication, order processing, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Sales Support

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounting entries.
• Handle daily bookkeeping, billing, invoicing, and payment records.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and other financial transactions.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required.
• Reconcile cash, bank transactions, and other financial records.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist with VAT, tax, and other accounting-related documentation.
• Coordinate with management, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Assist customers by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products.
• Handle sales inquiries through phone, online channels, and in-person communication.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide professional service.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain records of customers, sales activities, orders, and follow-ups.
• Support product promotion and other sales activities when required.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with the relevant team regarding stock requirements.
• Contribute toward achieving sales and business targets.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage both accounting and sales responsibilities efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive attitude, professional behavior, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be multitasking, proactive, trustworthy, and commercially aware, with the ability to balance financial responsibilities with customer-facing sales activities. Candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced trading environment and taking ownership of both accounting and sales functions will be highly preferred.
