Job Description

The AI Operations – Specialist will design, monitor, and improve AI-driven workflows that support real estate operations at RV Group Nepal. This role exists to raise the speed, consistency and defensibility of that output by embedding AI tools into how the work is actually done.

This is an operations role, not a software engineering role. The holder will not build models. They will use AI systems daily as a working instrument, apply commercial and technical judgement to what those systems produce, and train others across the organization to do the same. The critical skill is knowing when the output is wrong.

Work Description

  1. Set up and maintain AI operations workflows, including data ingestion, validation, automation pipelines, and monitoring dashboards.
  2. Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation across real estate processes.
  3. Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into clear AI/analytics use cases, success metrics, and delivery plans.
  4. Validate model outputs and automate quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
  5. Prioritize, triage, and resolve AI system incidents, including performance degradations, data quality issues, and workflow failures.
  6. Document AI operational procedures, runbooks, and change logs to support audits and continuous improvement.
  7. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI workflows, report results, and recommend optimizations based on evidence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial documentation

  1. Prepare and revise quotations, BOQs, rate analyses, variation statements and cost comparisons for residential and commercial projects.
  2. Verify quantities and specifications against drawings, 3D renders and site measurement; identify scope that is shown but not priced, and scope that is priced but not required.
  3. Maintain rate benchmarks across projects so that pricing is internally consistent and can be justified to a client on request.

Client and institutional correspondence

  1. Draft recovery letters, payment reminders, handover notices and coordination correspondence with banks and financial institutions.
  2. Calibrate tone to the commercial objective — firm on the financial ask, careful with the client relationship.
  3. Verify every property reference, flat number, amount and signatory detail against source records before issue.

Workflow design and enablement

  1. Build reusable templates, checklists and standard instructions for recurring document types so that quality does not depend on who happens to prepare them.
  2. Train staff across departments in the practical use of AI tools; run short internal sessions and maintain a plain-language usage guide.
  3. Identify manual, repetitive processes across Recovery, Projects, Sales and Accounts that are candidates for AI-assisted handling, and propose the change.

Quality control and governance

  1. Own the verification step. No figure, date, name or legal reference leaves the department on the strength of AI output alone.
  2. Maintain an audit trail of assumptions behind every commercial figure, so any number can be defended after the fact.
  3. Enforce confidentiality in the handling of client financial data, bank correspondence and internal pricing; ensure sensitive material is not exposed through tool use.
  4. Administer tool subscriptions, access and internal usage policy.

Job Specification
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
  2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI operations, analytics operations, data engineering, or business analysis with measurable improvements. Domain experience is essential and will not be substituted by AI experience alone.
  3. AI fluency: Demonstrated daily use of an AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or equivalent) for substantive professional work, not casual or experimental use. Candidates should be prepared to walk through real examples of their own output.
  4. Language: Strong professional written English and Nepali. Client-facing correspondence is a core deliverable.
  5. Numeracy: Advanced Excel and demonstrable accuracy with commercial figures.
  6. Analyzing Data: proficiency in extracting insights from structured and unstructured datasets, building analytical logic, and interpreting results for operational decisions.
  7. Business Analysis: experience gathering requirements, defining KPIs, mapping business workflows, and translating them into actionable AI/automation deliverables.

Nice to Have

  1. Experience with real estate or property-related analytics (lead scoring, pricing insights, portfolio reporting, or property operations).
  2. Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tooling (model monitoring, versioning, and deployment lifecycle).
  3. Knowledge of data governance practices and experience working with sensitive business datasets.

What We Offer

  1. Professional growth opportunities through exposure to real business operations and AI-driven improvements.
  2. Structured onboarding and access to tools and internal resources needed to run AI workflows effectively.
  3. A stable work environment with clear processes for troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  4. Supportive team culture and collaboration across real estate and operations stakeholders.
