Job Description

We are seeking confident, fluent, and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Receptionist/ Coordinator. The ideal candidates should have excellent English communication skills, a clear and professional accent, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, including student counseling, operations, coordination, management, and English language teaching.

The selected candidates will be responsible for guiding students, coordinating daily operations, supporting management, and ensuring smooth communication with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional counseling and guidance to students regarding education and career opportunities.
  • Communicate confidently and fluently in English with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with students, team members, institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing daily activities and ensuring smooth operational workflow.
  • Provide basic English language teaching, communication, and language improvement support to students.
  • Conduct presentations, orientation sessions, and counseling sessions when required.
  • Maintain proper records, documentation, and student-related information.
  • Support management in various administrative and operational tasks.
  • Perform multitasking responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English with a professional accent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to counsel, guide, and communicate effectively with students.
  • Good coordination, organizational, and management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Experience in education counseling, English language teaching, operations, or administration will be an advantage.
  • Freshers with excellent English communication and a confident personality may also be considered.
