Job Summary

We are hiring a Computer Operator for Pacific Human Resources Pvt Ltd to support daily administrative and documentation tasks using MS Office tools. The role is ideal for a candidate with 1+ year of hands-on experience who can produce accurate reports and maintain organized records while assisting with recruitment-related documentation and basic social media support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update recruitment and documentation files using MS Word and MS Office based on daily requests.
  • Maintain electronic records for candidate profiles, interview schedules, and document tracking.
  • Support data entry and reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency across documents.
  • Assist with formatting, printing, and organizing hard copies and soft copies of reports and letters.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure required documents are complete, correctly named, and stored properly.
  • Support basic social media handling for recruitment announcements and postings as instructed by management.
  • Ensure basic computer system hygiene by following file backup and storage practices.

Requirements

  • MS Word — proficient in creating and formatting documents, templates, and resumes, including proper headings, tables, and document formatting.
  • MS Office — proficient in using Word and Excel for routine documentation and reporting tasks, including saving, organizing, and sharing files.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation — comfortable using email, file management, scanning/basic document handling, and preparing simple reports from provided data.
  • Social Media Handling — able to create, update, and publish recruitment-related posts using existing pages/pages instructions and follow posting guidelines.
  • Bachelors in Computer/Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical knowledge) is preferred; relevant diploma with strong skills may be considered.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience as a computer operator, office assistant, data entry operator, or similar role in an administrative environment.
  • Typing and data accuracy — able to enter and verify data carefully while maintaining clean formatting for reports and records.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with recruitment/HR documentation, candidate tracking, or manpower agency workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel (filters, simple formulas, and pivot basics) for routine reporting.
  • Familiarity with common social media platforms used for hiring campaigns.
