What you’ll do:
- Own financial pacing and spend controls across digital advertising accounts
- Monitor planned vs. actual spend and flag under- or overspend early
- Conduct regular campaign audits to ensure targeting, setup and delivery remain fully compliant with agreed standards and controls.
- Build and manage automated pacing, reconciliation, and anomaly alerts
- Investigate discrepancies across media plans, platforms, and financial data
- Own campaign QA across Google, Meta, Bing, Snap, TikTok, and other platforms
- Monitor platforms and leveraging automated platforms to ensure changes are made, following best practices on placements, domains, inventory, exclusions, and brand safety
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in ad operations, paid media operations, or a similar digital advertising role
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and other major advertising platforms, including automated campaign types
- Strong numerical skills and experience with budget pacing, reconciliation, and large datasets
- A detail-focused approach to campaign setup, delivery, placements, and financial discrepancies
- Comfort with dashboards, spreadsheets, platform data, and APIs; SQL knowledge is advantageous
- A process-driven, collaborative mindset with the ability to turn operational knowledge into scalable controls
What’s in it for you:
- Investing in your development - grow your career with a dedicated annual allowance of learning hours and regular training sessions as well as opportunities to develop your technical and platform expertise
- Supporting life beyond work – early Friday finishes
- Company events and socials – take time out as a team with regular away days plus Summer and Christmas parties
- Hybrid working arrangements
