Hotel Dachi emphasizes personalized service, teamwork, customer satisfaction, and responsible tourism that supports cultural preservation.Role Description The F & B Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Hotel Dachi in Bhaktapur. This role oversees daily food and beverage operations across the restaurant, bar/café, and event spaces, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The F & B Supervisor coordinates staff schedules, assigns duties, and provides hands-on leadership during service, including supervising opening and closing procedures. This role supports menu implementation, monitors inventory and ordering, and works closely with the kitchen and front office teams to deliver a seamless guest experience. The F & B Supervisor also handles guest feedback, assists in resolving service issues, and contributes to training, cost control, and continuous improvement of service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, with experience in restaurant or hotel F&B operations.
- Demonstrated Customer Service abilities, including handling guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery.
- Experience in Training team members, coaching staff on service standards, and supporting performance development.
- Basic Budgeting and cost-control skills, including monitoring expenses, minimizing waste, and supporting revenue goals.
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or F&B, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Local language proficiency and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
