Vacancy: Show Coordinator

Duration: 3 Months

Compensation: NPR 35,000/month

Work Type: Project-based / Full-time

Location: Kathmandu

We are looking for a Coordinator who can take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and on-ground execution of our upcoming campaigns, events, and projects.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working on-ground, and can make sure things actually happen as planned.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the planning and execution of campaigns, events, and activations.
Manage on-ground execution and ensure all activities run smoothly.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, venues, and other stakeholders.
Assist with event logistics including materials, branding, manpower, equipment, and schedules.
Be present on-ground during events and activations to manage execution.
Track timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities across different teams.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
Troubleshoot and solve execution-related issues on the spot.
Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates to the project team.
Support the team with pre-event preparation, event-day execution, and post-event wrap-up.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within deadlines.

What We're Looking For

1 year of experience in event coordination, campaign execution, production, marketing, or a similar role.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Someone who is proactive and can work independently on-ground.
Good problem-solving and people-management skills.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including during events when required.
