Job Description
We're looking for a Founding Partner to help take Xoventra into Nepal's startup and investor community. Equity role.
Xoventra is a social platform built for Nepal's startup founders and investors to actually find each other. Structured pitches, milestone timelines, and a real network instead of a static directory. We built and launched it ourselves, no outside funding, and we're now growing our founding community of founders and investors.
What we don't have yet is someone whose full-time focus is being out there. That's the gap we want to fill.
What you'll do
- Represent Xoventra at tech showrooms, hackathons, and startup events across Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur.
- Show up at demo days, pitch nights, accelerator events, and investor meetups where founders and investors already gather.
- Build relationships with event organizers, accelerators, and incubators so Xoventra becomes part of how Nepal's startup ecosystem connects.
- Bring founders and investors onto the platform as part of our founding cohort.
- Help shape how we market and grow Xoventra from the ground up.
Who we're looking for
- Someone already plugged into Kathmandu Valley's tech and startup scene, or ready to be.
- Comfortable being the face of a brand at events and in rooms full of strangers.
- A marketing, business development, or community background (or just a strong instinct for it).
- Self-driven and genuinely excited about building something early stage.
- Believes founders and investors in Nepal deserve better ways to find each other.
