Job Description
We are looking for a Content Writer with an academic background in Banking and Finance.
Location: Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu
Type: Full-time, on-site
Office Timing: 10 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Negotiable
Lunch: Provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on banking and finance topics
- Design course structures, learning modules, and detailed syllabi
- Write clear, concise, and engaging educational content
- Convert written content into scripts for audio/video lessons
- Coordinate with subject matter experts for content reviews
- Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and relevance
- Stay updated with banking trends, terminologies, and best practices
- Adapt content for working professionals
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, or related fields
- 2–4+ years of experience in content writing, research, or instructional design
- Excellent English writing and research skills (Nepali writing skill is a plus)
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into learner-friendly content
- Self-managed, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in e-learning/education content is a plus (not mandatory)
