Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and waitlists, and guiding guests to their tables while maintaining a welcoming and organized front-of-house environment. The Hostess Server will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that guests receive timely, attentive service throughout their visit. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, handling guest inquiries and feedback, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards in the dining area. The role also involves supporting team members during busy periods, following health and safety protocols, and representing Roadhouse’s hospitality values in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Candidates should demonstrate Teamwork and collaboration skills to support colleagues and ensure smooth service operations.
- Candidates should have basic technical aptitude, with familiarity in C++ or other software/technology skills considered a plus but not required.
- Candidates should bring a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred; local language proficiency and conversational English are beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
