Role Description The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day front office operations, ensuring efficient reception, smooth guest check-in and check-out processes, and high-quality customer service. This full-time hybrid role is based in Ilam, with primary on-site responsibilities at the property and some flexibility for work from home when appropriate. Key activities include supervising front desk team members, managing reservations, monitoring lobby activities, and resolving guest concerns in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to company policies and hospitality standards. The Front Office Supervisor is expected to lead by example, optimize workflows, and support continuous improvement in guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory skills with experience leading front office or customer-facing teams.
  • Proficiency in receptionist duties, including check-in/check-out processes and front desk administration.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality, professionalism, and issue resolution.
  • Hands-on experience with reservations management and basic familiarity with property management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Previous experience in hotel front office operations or hospitality management is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site presence in Ilam with remote tasks when needed.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
