We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Vrikshya Cafe Restaurant & Bar.

- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead and coordinate service staff during shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and management team.
- Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and restaurant SOPs.
- Assist in staff training and improve overall service quality.
- Monitor table service, orders, billing, and overall guest experience.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational issues to management.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Good understanding of restaurant service and guest handling.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Candidates with relevant hospitality experience will be preferred.
