About the Role

Focal Tech Point is looking for a Full Stack Developer who lives and breathes websites. You'll design and build complete websites and web applications, handling everything from the visual front-end down to the databases and server logic that power them. If you love turning ideas into polished, fast, fully functional sites, this role is for you. This is an on-site position at our Kathmandu office.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain websites and web applications from front to back
Turn design concepts into responsive, attractive, user-friendly websites
Develop and manage databases, APIs, and server-side functionality
Ensure sites are fast, secure, and work smoothly across all devices and browsers
Maintain and update existing websites and fix issues as they arise
Integrate CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and third-party tools where needed
Collaborate with designers and the wider team to deliver quality work

Requirements

[2+] years of experience building websites and web applications
Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a framework such as React, Vue, or Angular
Solid back-end skills in [Node.js / PHP / Python, etc.]
Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB)
Strong eye for responsive, clean website design
Familiarity with version control (Git) and REST APIs
Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu
