About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Developer & DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions while leading technical initiatives and supporting development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications based on business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and transform them into effective digital solutions.
- Design and manage databases, system architecture, and application workflows.
- Manage DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipelines, deployments, server administration, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Customize and enhance applications based on client and organizational requirements.
- Integrate third-party systems, APIs, and external platforms.
- Lead and mentor development team members through code reviews, task allocation, and technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and technology practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in software development and system implementation.
- Strong experience with application development, database management, and system architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Linux servers, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Experience in application customization, system integrations, and cloud-based deployments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience building and deploying complete software products from concept to production.
- Experience with ERP/CRM customization and enterprise applications.
- Experience developing automation tools and workflow management systems.
